Dr. Khattab earned her master's (2019) and doctorate (2022) in public health, focusing on maternal and child health across cultures. She contributed to Egypt's national STEPS survey and conducted fieldwork at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Beijing. She co-founded the Arabic Wellness Hub with Beijing United Family Hospital to promote health education for the Arabic-speaking community, and is an ICF-certified health coach.
